Solution for hoods with cartridge type charcoal filters.
There is now a large proportion of recirculating Cooker Hoods fitted with a cartridge full of activated charcoal granules. However they can be difficult to source and expensive. We can offer three options for cartridge filter hoods.
a) We do supply a generic range of circular and rectangular Cartridge Filters. Your manufacturer or model number may or may not be shown. Please ensure that the measurements and the visual check match your old filter.
b) Our Cooker Hood Filter No.3 set is our most popular solution for cartridge filters as it will eliminate the need for a replacement cartridge - just leave the old one in place..
This pack of filters contain 2 Grease Filters and a cut to size sheet of 'pockets' filled with activated charcoal granules. Click here to view this set.
c) Another alternative is remove the old cartridge and renew the Activated Charcoal inside. For Activated Charcoal click here. Some units are sealed and this may not be possible.
