Summit Washer Magic - Usage Instructions Usage Instructions: Do not fill machine with washing, do not add detergent and do not use pre-wash cycle. Parts Cleaning Pour a small amount of Washer Magic onto a clean cloth and wipe the rubber seal around the door, then rinse throughly with a damp cloth. Machine Cleaning 1. Close the machine door and add 1/2 cup (4oz) of Washer Magic into the detergent drawer (front loader) or directly into the washer (top loader). 2. Start the machine using the main wash cycle. (Recommend highest water temperature and water level settings). For washers with existing odour and residue problems: Follow directions above using the entire bottle of Washer Magic. Using Washer Magic every month cleans, freshens and maintains your washer, extending its life and preventing expensive call-out charges and repair bills. Use Washer Magic more frequently for high limescale areas.
Summit Washer Magic - FAQ's What does Washer Magic® do? A. Washer Magic® is a proprietary solution specifically designed to automatically clean washing machines of soap scum, iron and mineral stains. Not only are these stains unsightly, they also reduce the ability of your washing machine to get your clothes clean and fresh. Washer Magic® will enhance the performance and extend the life of your washing machine and clothing by removing the scale and build-up that causes damage. Why should I use Washer Magic® in my washer? A. Do you ever get that musty smell on your laundry? The odor is due to minerals that can build-up in your washtub, pump and hoses over time. It is not only making your fabrics smell, but also your machine. You can’t get clean clothes from a dirty machine. The build-up inside the machine reduces the ability of your washer to perform like it did when it was new. Mineral build-up, like rough and calcium, can also increase abrasion and wear on your clothing. The result; your clothes are not as clean as they could be and wear out sooner. How does Washer Magic® work? A. Washer Magic®, when circulated in the machine during the wash cycle, increases the solubility of build-up. The active ingredient contained in the solution then dissolves soap scum and mineral deposits that are left behind during the normal operation of the machine. After the and deposits have been dissolved, they are flushed away by the normal rinsing cycle of the washer. At the end of the cycle, open the lid and see the results. How often should I use Washer Magic®? A. Use will depend on factors like machine uses per week, hardness of water and amount of build-up in the machine. However, we recommend using Washer Magic® once a month. Heavily fouled machines may require more frequent uses. If your machine has excessive build-up, you may need to increase your dosage per use from a third of the bottle to half or full. Is the product safe for all washing machines? A. Yes! This product is non-corrosive so it is safe on any washing machine and will even bring stainless steel machines to a lovely shine. On a front-loading machine, you would add Washer Magic® the same way you add detergent during a wash. Washer Magic® safe to use? A.
