1) 1 Cup = 40ml
2) Machine Wash (2.5kg)  For soft: 30ml For Medium/Hard: 45ml
3) Hand Wash (5 Litres) 20ml
4) Run your machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Add cold or warm water for hand washing
