Washing Machine Instructions:
- Ensure machine is empty.
- Pour one sachet into the empty drum of your machine*
- Do Not add any laundry detergent / softener.
- Do Not use the pre-wash options.
- Run the empty machine through one wash cycle.
- Run on a low - mid temperature.
- No spinning cycle is required.
* If your machine has not been descaled for more than 6 months, we suggest using 2 sachets for the initial descale. After that a single sachet will be sufficient.

Dishwasher Instructions:
- Ensure the machine is empty.
- Pour one sachet into the detergent dispenser or the inside floor of the machine.
