These quality replacement metal blades are suitable for a wide range of lawnmowers, are easy to replace and prolong the performance of your lawnmower for a finer cut. Metal lawnmower blades are as a rule blunt-edged blades, they work by sheering the grass as they spin (much like a trimmer line does) eventually they will wear thin and performance will drop off. Stone damage can cause the blade to run out of balance so always check that the shaft it is attached to is running true and isn’t bent. A good practice is to remove any debris like stones or large twigs from your lawn before mowing the grass to try and avoid this problem.
