• How to use

  Ayumi Muscle Massage Bath and Body Oil Usage Instructions

  • Massage: Apply liberally, this muscle oil contains essential oils and uses unique aromatherapy blends to rejuvenate
  • Bath: To use as a bath oil, add 20ml (2 capfuls) to running water, bathe and relax. Care should be taken as the bath surface can be slippery due to the oil in the water.
  • Shower: This oil can be applied to the whole body after showering on wet skin as a rich moisturiser, with an uplifting, long-lasting natural fragrance.
