Briwax Wax Polish Antique Brown 400g
NOTE: This new formula of Briwax Wax Polish Antique Brown has significantly reduced hazards while enhancing both the cleaning effectiveness and overall performance of the product.
Briwax is a fast drying blend containing natural waxes suitable for use on most wooden surfaces. Improved shine and durability can be achieved by first sealing the surface with Rustins Sanding Sealer. For antiques and pre-finished furniture, first check compatibility, then apply Briwax in small areas with a clean soft cloth. The Briwax finish can be maintained by further applications which will give increased hardness and shine. This product is not recommended for use in areas where it will come into contact with water.

How to use
Briwax Wax Polish Antique Brown Usage Instructions
- Application: Apply to the surface with a soft lint free cloth or 0000 Steel Wool working with the grain. Once dry, buff with lint free cotton cloth to achieve the desired finish. For best results, apply wax and leave for 10 minutes before buffing
- Coats: One coat is usually sufficient but a second coat may be applied to obtain a higher sheen.
- Drying Time: Quick drying.
- Re-coating Time: Re-apply if required after a few minutes.
- Application Temp: Above 20°C Briwax will soften and liquify. Replace lid, put in a cool place and it will return to its original state
- Maintenance: Re-apply when necessary.
- Compatibility: Compatible with all types of timber finishes. For best results and to prevent a blotchy appearance timber should always be previously sealed with a varnish, oil or Rustins Sanding Sealer. The product is not designed for use in areas where it will come into contact with water.
- Clean-Up: Hands and application cloth can be cleaned in warm soapy water.
