Hotspot Black Coal Paint Spray 300ml
Hotspot Black Coal Paint Spray is a non-clogging ultra-high temperature two coat decorative finish designed to enhance the appearance of gas coals. It will rejuvenate faded gas coals and give them a new lease of life. Regular re-painting will keep coals in pristine condition. Designed to give a matte black finish to ceramic gas fire coals.
- Finish: Provides a decorative, matt black finish.
- Purpose: Suitable for rejuvenating old, faded coals or for new coals.
- Application: Available in aerosol cans for easy application to ceramic gas coals.
- Heat resistance: Colourfast up to 650°C.
- Drying time: Touch dry in 2-3 hours at room temperature.

How to use
Hotspot Black Coal Paint Spray Usage Instructions
1. Allow fire to cool before carefully removing coals.
2. Remove loose paint, dust and debris with a brush and ensure surfaces are dry before commencing painting.
3. Spread out coals onto an old newspaper.
4. Before spraying, shake can vigorously for one minute, and again between Bursts.
5. Spray Hotspot Black Coal Paint thinly, two thin coats are more effective than one thick coat.
6. Allow 2-3 hours to dry between coats.
7. After use, invert can and spray for a few seconds to clear nozzle.
8. Allow at least 24 hours before re-lighting the fire.
9. If painting is performed in situ, carefully mask over the pilot light assembly and any surrounding fitments and carpets that do not require painting.Cover any furnishings and carpets.
10. Occasional highlights may appear on the renovated matt coals this is perfectly normal and enhances their appearance.
