Pans: Cut the cooking liner to an approximate size to fit the bottom of the pan. Pre-heat the pan to the required temperature for cooking. Place the food on the liner without using any fat or oils. The food is cooked in it’s own juices retaining all its flavour and vitamins. It is almost impossible to burn the food and your stove and pan stays clean.
Oven: Place an appropriate sized piece of liner on your baking tray, baking tin or oven dish. Pre-heat the oven to the required temeperature for cooking.place the food on the liner without using any fats or oils. As the liner is non-stick, the baking tray stays clean and the food is easily removed from the tray.
Microwave Ovens: (As an anti-burn film) – Place the liner onto the turntable in the bottom of the microwave. The film will help to protect your microwave against splashes. It can be used when defrosting food, heating up frozen meals, cooking vegetables, cooking pizzas etc.
As a covering film – The liner replaces household cling film when used for cooking. It allows you to heat up food faster and prevents evaporation and food splashes in your microwave.
Advantages: The liner can be used in both gas and electric ovens. It can be used with baking trays, oven trays, oven dishes, pans and microwaves. Cooks your food in its own juices, ensuring food is low in calories and retains vitamins and minerals.
Tips: The liner can be literally used hundreds of times. Simply wash the liner in soap suds or the dishwasher. Store the liner either flat or rolled up.
Guidelines: Never heat the liner to a temperature exceeding 260C. Do not place the liner in direct contact with flames, burners, or heating elements. Do Not place the liner on the floor of the oven. Avoid using sharp utensils on the liner, preferably use wooden kitchen utensils. Do Not crumple up theliner.
