    Nikwax Waterproofing Wax For Leather Neutral 125ml

    Nikwax Waterproofing Wax For Leather Neutral is an easy to use non-softening water based wax for smooth leather footwear. Waterproofing wax black protects and restores colour to walking, motorcycle, work and sports footwear plus bridle work and saddlery.

    It provides instant Durable Water Repellency (DWR), maintains breathability, replenishes tanning agents, adds colour and reduces scuff and abrasion marks. It is non-flammable, contains no harmful solvents and is free of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and fluorocarbons. Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather™ black has been specifically designed and optimised for black smooth leather footwear. The Water Based formulation is directed to leaks, can be used on wet or dry leather and will not over-soften.

    Recommended for Gore-Tex, Sympa-Tex and eVENT footwear.

  • How to use

    Nikwax Waterproofing Wax For Leather Neutral Usage Instructions

    Your footwear could be soaking up water just because it is dirty. First, try cleaning it with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel™, and if it is fairly new, or recently re-waterproofed, the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) will be revitalised just from cleaning. But, once the footwear has been thoroughly worn you will need to add DWR by using Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather™.

    1. Brush off dirt with a damp cloth and clean.
    2.     Protect work area. Shake well before use.
    3.     Press sponge applicator to break seal. Apply to wet leather.
    4.     After 2-3 minutes,remove surplus with a cloth.
    5.     Buff with a damp cloth to shine.

    Note: Waterproofing Wax will convert Nubuck to a smooth waxy finish.
