  Rustins Engine Guard Aero Anti-Rust Coating

  Formulated to provide outstanding protection to aero engines that are used infrequently or are inhibited and in long-term storage. Engine Guard Aero contains both contact and vapour phase corrosion inhibitors. The VCI component provides protection even if the liquid is not in contact with the internal surfaces of the engine. Engine Guard Aero can be used to protect all 4-stroke aero engines.

• How to use

  Rustins Engine Guard Aero Anti-Rust Coating Usage Instructions

  *Shake well before use*

  1. Add approx 50-75ml to the lubricating oil in the stump
  2. If possible run the engine until the operating temperature is achived and shut down
  3. For prolonged storage, remove the upper spark plugs and inject 15-20ml into each bone
  4. Insert rag or other absorbent material dampened with the product into each exhaust stub and inlet port.
  5. Cover ports with blanking plates/bungs or poly bags
  6. For extra protection, standard dehydration plugs may also be used fitted to the upper plug holes.
