Soltrack Black Stick On Mens Replacement Soles are designed to extend the life of the shoe when the sole has developed a hole during wear or needs replacing. Pack contains 2 one size soles, roughing tool and adhesive.

How to use
Soltrack Mens Stick-On Replacement Soles Usage Instructions
1. The sole of the shoe must be thoroughly dry and free from grease. Thoroughly roughen the shoe soles with the roughing tool provided. Brush off all loose particles and dust.
2. Mark outline of shoe sole on reverse side of Soltrack Stick On Sole with a ball point pen. Cut 1.5mm in from outline.
3. Fold roughing tool and use this to spread a good even coat of adhesive to the shoe soles. Leave 15 minutes then using folded roughing tool spread a good even coat of adhesive to the Stick On Sole and a second coat to the shoe soles. Leave for 15 minutes when the adhesive will be in the correct condition for sticking.
4. Attach toe end of Stick On Sole to shoe sole. DO NOT let the remainder of Stick On Sole come into contact with the shoe sole until it is in correct position. Working from toe to back press Stick On Sole down. Press side to side and all over. Firmly press round the edges and repeat after a few minutes.
Leave shoes 8 hours before wearing
