Wudcare Easy Stain Wudfil Wood Repair Filler is a two part wood filler. Provides a strong long lasting repair, for all interior and exterior wood work.
Wudcare Easy Stain Wudfil Wood Repair Filler Redwood is a two part filler (filler and hardener) with an advanced formulation to make staining easier. Hardening takes approximately ten minutes. Once hardened or cured, Wudfil Woodfiller is easily sanded smooth and will take stains and varnishes. It has the ability to take a sharp edge without crumbling, making it the best choice for filling on an edge where a corner needs to be reformed.
Intended Use: For all types of interior and exterior timber. Special Features: The filler hardens within 10 mins at ambient temperature. It can be sanded, drilled, machined and planed and is particularly useful for carrying out repairs to edges on joinery where high strength is needed. Specially formulated to facilitate uptake of wood stains after sanding.

Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free from all traces of oil, grease and dust. To provide good adhesion to timber, key the surface by lightly sanding with a medium grade of sand paper. Application: Mix the filler with the hardener on a non-porous surface using an amount of filler the size of a golf ball to a pea-sized ball of hardener as the mixing ratio. Mix until an even colour is obtained. Do not prepare more than is required as any excess will be unusable within 10 mins. Using a putty knife or similar apply sufficient filler so that it is proud of the surface to allow a continuous smooth surface to be obtained by sanding. Coats: Single application should be sufficient. Drying Time: Approx. 10 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Re-coating Time: Once fully cured and after sanding back, most paints can be applied
For best results sand before staining and finishing.

Shelf-life/Storage: 12 months if stored in cool and dry place below 25°C in original, sealed packaging. Hazards: Wear suitable protective gloves and eye/face protection. Clean-Up: All tools must be cleaned immediately after use with Rustins Cellulose Thinners before product sets hard.
