Magnesium Skin Body Lotion contains 30% Magnesium Oil combined with shea butter, coconut oil and vitamin E. The world we live in is tough on skin. Designed for all-over application, the BetterYou Zechstein Magnesium within the lotion commences absorption immediately when massaged into the skin. Locking in moisture while providing fast, effective magnesium absorption.

Apply 5ml (4 pumps) around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
Reapply whenever needed
