Wudcare Mitre Fix (Twin Pack) Kit 200ml

This Wudcare Mitre Fix (Twin Pack) Kit contains a super fast bonding adhesive and activator. For interior and exterior use. It forms a high strength bond of wood mitres, metal, plastic, glass, paper, card, ceramic, leather and most smooth surfaces.
The activator accelerates curing speed and is ideal for porous, acidic or difficult to bond surfaces. With a non clog adhesive nozzle, it is non-yellowing.

Type: High viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive.
Intended Use: Use for bonding irregular or porous components
Special Features: Solvent-free single pack adhesive. Slow cure allows adjustment during assembly.

Wudcare Mitre Fix (Twin Pack) Kit Usage Instructions

Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of loose material.
Application: Apply beads of adhesive from container onto one surface. Apply activator to second surface and press surfaces together for 10 seconds. Best results are obtained on close fitting parts.
Coats: One application
Drying Time: Fixture time 5-60 seconds. Full cure in 24 hours.
Application Temp: Working range; +5 to +30°C.
Compatibility: Suitable for use with MDF and veneered wood surfaces, rubbers, plastics, metals and ceramics.
Clean-Up: Dissolves in acetone/nail varnish remover.

Shelf-life/Storage: Minimum 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight in original, sealed container. Do not store below +5°C.
Hazards: Irritant. Avoid eye and skin contact as this product will bond surfaces together. In case of skin or eye contact wash copiously with water. Wear suitable protective glasses and gloves.
