Returns Policy


All queries in the first instance should be addressed to customerservice@homecareessentials.co.uk where a customer service representative will respond within 24 business hours.

Returns must be made no later than 30 days after the delivery date of the order.

Any item(s) ordered in error, no longer required or surplus to requirements, as long as said item(s) are still unopened and contained within their original retail packaging, may be returned for a full refund at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be applied on receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

If the item(s) are damaged or faulty, the item(s) may be returned at Homecare Essentials Ltd expense either by providing a Freepost Return label or by monetary refund of the associated cost on receipt of proof of postage. We reserve the right to have any item(s) returned to Homecare Essentials Ltd checked by the manufacturer of the item(s) for faults before agreeing a refund. If the item(s) are found to be correct and without fault, Homecare Essentials Ltd will not be responsible for the return cost of returning the item to the buyer.

Item(s) that have been "used" cannot be considered for return unless damaged or faulty.

Because of continuous product development, manufacturers may, without notice, alter product labels, containers and contents of their respective brands. While Homecare Essentials Ltd endeavour to ensure all information presented is correct, photographic representations of products shown within are for illustrative purposes only and products sent may vary from the presented image. This does not affect your statutory rights.
