Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can pay securely using your credit or debit card.

Our payments are powered securely by Elavon Secure Online Payments. We also offer the option to pay by PayPal. If you prefer to call us (or for us to call you) to collect payment by debit or credit card over the telephone you can call us on 01733 241960 You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.

Please note, if you are ordering from overseas the exchange rate will be applied at point of settlement and not point of sale. This may mean that your eventual total price exceeds the amount stated on your order.

Restricted Deliveries:

The following is a list of postcodes to which restrictions may apply - HS, IV, KA27 - KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21 - TR25, GY, JE

The above postcode areas, while part of the UK, are classified as Highlands and Islands, and will be subject to additional postage costs where Royal Mail cannot be used. The option to select the correct mail zone is available in the checkout and in the event an order is received for any of the above postcode areas and the incorrect postal zone is selected, we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone to let you know there is an issue with the order which will require additional postage costs by reason of restriction due to safety concerns in carriage or distance, or provide a full refund if so requested.

Trade Accounts:

Trade Accounts are approved purely at the discretion of Homecare Essentials Ltd and provide a reduced price for the purchase of goods on this website only. This reduced cost is provided purely at the discretion of the Management and may be withdrawn by Homecare Essentials Ltd at anytime. Trade Accounts can only be accepted for Mainland UK addresses, offshore or delivery addresses which would normally incur an additional shipping charge due to the location will not be accepted.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Pricing Errors:

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.

Credit Card Security:

All credit card numbers are collected and processed securely by one of the biggest Internet Payment Providers Elavon / Sage Pay

Tax Charges:

We are VAT registered and all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT @ 20% - your invoice will show this as well as our VAT registration number.
