Wudcare PVA Waterproof Woodworking Adhesive 2.5 Litre

Wudcare PVA Waterproof Woodworking Adhesive is a strong PVA glue that has been extensively tested to be weatherproof and water resistant. With unbreakable structural strength, these glues can be fully immersed in sea water. 

Type: High viscosity polyvinyl acetate adhesive.
Intended Use: Use for rapid bonding of wood to wood where a fast set, high bond strength and excellent water resistance are required.
Special Features: General purpose solvent-free single pack adhesive. Easy application. Water resistant. Meets water resistance requirements of BS EN 204 to durability category D3. High tensile strength. Conforms to BS 4071 in respect of bond strength resistance to sustained loads. Suitable for use with hot or cold presses and radio frequency presses.

+ For interior and exterior use. 
+ Standard has an initial bond time of 30 minutes and a firm bond in 60 minutes. 
+ Full cure will require 24 hours. 
+ Suitable for all woods, ideal for laminating and veneering

Wudcare PVA Waterproof Woodworking Adhesive Usage Instructions

Application Temp: Working range; +5 to +30°C. Optimum temperature 20°C.

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of loose material.
2. Apply adhesive by brush, roller or serrated glue spreader to one surface only. 
3. Clamp or press surfaces together within 15 minutes. 
Best results are obtained on close fitting parts. 
Drying Time Initial bond; 30 minutes, Strong bond 60 minutes.
Coverage Depending on porosity and smoothness of surface and application, approx. 150 grams per m²

Suitable for use with virtually all woods, wood veneers, mouldings and high pressure decorative laminates, i.e. Formica. 
Moisture content of wood should be uniform and not exceed 12%.

Shelf-life/Storage: Minimum 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight in the original, sealed container. Do not store below +5°C.
Hazards: Irritant. Avoid eye and skin contact as this product will bond surfaces together. In case of skin or eye contact wash copiously with water. Wear suitable protective glasses and gloves. Keep away from children.
