COO-VAR Pro-Netic Magnetic Chalkboard Paint provides a magnetic chalkboard surface and is ideal for home, office and school's. Pro-Netic water based magnetic chalkboard paint is a dual purpose coating that can produce a surface to which magnets will attach and is also suitable for use as a chalkboard.

Pro-Netic provides a flat black finish which can create a magnetic notice board on suitably prepared wall areas, wooden board, MDF or metal surfaces. For use in the home, schools, offices, restaurants and hotels.

COO-VAR Pro-Netic Water Based Magnetic Chalkboard Paint Usage Instructions

Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, oil and any other contaminants. Existing painted surfaces should be cleaned, degreased and sanded to ensure an adequate ''key'' is produced. Remove all loose, flaking material and treat bare areas as new substrate then prepare accordingly.
Special Notes:  For use as a Chalkboard you will need to prime the surface properly. In order to do this lay a piece of chalk on its side and cover the entire board liberally with chalk. Rub it in with a dry rag and then erase. Chalkboards are porous , so if you do not prime first there is a risk the markings will become permanent. Some chalk pens and markers are not suitable for use on porous surfaces. If not stated always test a small area first. If in any doubt about application please contact Technical Services on 01482 328053.
Application: By brush for best results. 3 coats will give an optimal effect.
Drying Time: Touch Dry: 30 minutes. Hard Dry: 2 hours.
Overcoat Time: 3 hours.

Brushwash/Thinners: Clean water
Storage: Protect from frost.
