Tableau Hastings Black Chalk Paint is water based, silicone free and resistant to finger marking. The traditional formula can be dragged, rag rolled, sponged or simply brush applied for a beautiful matt coating. Use Tableau Furniture Wax when the paint has dried thoroughly to achieve a classic polished finish. It is ideal for furniture, ornaments, picture frames, pots, walls, ceilings and a wide variety of architectural applications. Tableau Chalk Paints can be mixed to make different colours.
Tableau took inspiration for their Black from the iconic huts on Hastings beach which have been used by fishermen to hang their nets since the early 19th century.

- Stir well before use.
- Apply one or two coats as required using a brush or roller. Do not overspread. Do not apply below ambient temperature of 10°C.
Do not allow to freeze. Store at temperature above 10°C. Do not mix with other types of paint. Thin with water if required. Clean brushes with clean tap water.
