Avel Leather Cleaning Soap is used to clean finished leather prior to polishing. This non-alkaline formula is gentle on leather yet effective at removing polish buildup and dirt, restoring the leather to its natural look and opening pours for polishing. Used before the application of polishes or Renovateur, it opens the pores of the leather thus facilitating the penetration of pigments and delivery of nutrients.

Avel’s Leather Soap works by dissolving the soil, grease and leather care products.
- Saturate the sponge and rub the product into the leather in a circular motion
- Allow to dry and see results
- Repeat process is necessary
- Slightly dampen the included sponge, dip it into the soap and onto the leather, allowing a little time to help liquefy the dirt and waxy residues.
- Remove the buildup loosened with a soft, clean cloth.
