Fiskars Kitchen Devils Rollsharp Knife Sharpener Usage Instructions

It is best to sharpen knives little and often to maintain the sharpest cutting edge.

Hold the Rollsharp on a flat surface. Place the blade in the guide slot and gently push the knife back and forth about 10 times, using a straight downward pressure. For very blunt or damaged knives, a few extra strokes will be required. Remember to always sharpen to the tip of the blade and only sharpen clean knives.
