Rustins Quick Drying Radiator Enamel Black Gloss 500ml
The Rustins Radiator Enamel Black Gloss is based on a special acrylic resin emulsion that is heat resistant to 105°C. This produces a gloss finish that does not fade on hot radiators. It is also excellent on wood which must be undercoated. Do not use at temperatures below 10°C or in conditions of high humidity.
Type: Formulated with a special acrylic emulsion and high quality pigment (titanium dioxide) to produce a finish that will not fade on hot radiators.
Intended Use: For domestic hot water radiators. Not suitable for electric oil-filled radiators (max temp 90°C).
Special Features: Quick drying. Low odour. Clean brushes in water. May also be used on wood as a topcoat and as a touch-up on Gloss Black equipment such as refrigerators but not for use on stoves.

Rustins Quick Drying Radiator Enamel Black Gloss Usage Instructions
Preparation: Previously painted radiators must be clean and free from flaking paint and rust. Clean with white spirit, Rustins surface cleaner or Sugar soap. Bare metal should be primed with Rustins Red Oxide Primer. Remove rust before priming with Rustins Rust Remover.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Stir well before use.
- Apply liberally and evenly with a synthetic fibre brush.
- Allow radiators to cool before painting.
- Radiators can be used between coats if necessary.
Application Temp. Ideally 15-25°C. Do not use below 10°C or in conditions of high humidity.
Recoating Time: The paint will be touch dry in approx. 30 minutes depending on temperature and humidity and can be recoated after 4 hours.
Cleaning: Remove as much paint as possible and return to the container. Brushed should then be cleaned immediately with water. If the brushes become hard, they may be cleaned with Rustins Brush Restorer or Rustins Cellulose Thinners
Maintenance: Clean painted surfaces with a mild detergent solution.
Compatibility: Can be applied over Rustin’s Quick Drying Primer and Undercoat and Rustin’s White Undercoat.
Settlement: STIR WELL BEFORE USE.

Shelf-life/Storage: Many years if stored in original tightly closed container in normal conditions. Do not store below 5°C. Protect from frost.

After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water or a proprietary skin cleanser. Keep out of reach of children.
